Biography

Yang Zhen is with the Department of Plastic Surgery, Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University. He holds a doctoral degree and is a chief physician and master's degree supervisor. He specializes in the repair of complex wounds, various plastic and cosmetic surgeries, surgical treatment of various body surface tumors, scar treatment, reconstruction of trauma and deformities, and perineal reconstruction, among others. He is the chief editor of 3 monographs, including Emergency Reconstructive Surgery, and has participated in the compilation of more than 10 monographs. As first author, he has published more than 30 papers in domestic and international journals. He has received one Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, one First Prize of the Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award, and one Third Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award. He is an Outstanding Communist Party Member of Fudan University.
